Electrify Steel, Toronto Ultra Academy NA, Trash Bros and Whatever It Takes (WIT) have all qualified for the bracket stage of NA Challengers Elite Season 3.

All four teams already knew about their qualification through the group stage before the last day of matches.

Seeding was still to play for though, with Ultra, WIT and Trash Bros all in with a shot of securing top spot.

All three teams went into the last match of the group stage with 5-1 records.

WIT did their job in the first match of the night. They beat Electrify Steel, taking them to a 6-1 record for the group stage.

They held the provisional pole position in the group but needed Trash Bros to beat Toronto Ultra Academy NA in order to secure seed #1.

Ultra responded emphatically, dispatching Trash Bros in a swift 3-0 sweep. Hardpoint on Gavutu was relatively close, finishing 250-221 but SnD and Control were way more convincing.

6-3 and 3-1 wins were enough to secure the series for Hicksy and co.

The team are riding high on a rich vein of form. They won the Minnesota Challengers LAN event and then put in an impressive showing at the Pro-Am.

They didn’t qualify for the bracket stage at the Pro-Am but still beat two professional Call of Duty League teams whilst at the event.

The WIT roster won’t go away without a fight though, and odds are that the two will meet in the upper bracket finals.

Neptune, Majormaniak and co. are looking to show why they deserve to be in the CDL, shortly after both were dropped from pro rosters.
