Minnesota Rokkr have announced their new lineup heading into Modern Warfare 2.
Their new-look roster retains just one player that they had during Vanguard.
Dillon “Attach” Price is the only remnant of the old team, with three fresh, European faces being added to the roster.
The new team is:
Afro (Marcus Reid, ENG)
Bance (Benjamin Bance, ENG)
Cammy (Cameron McKilligan, SCO)
Attach (Dillon Price, USA)
The new team forms after both Bance and Cammy were let go from their previous home at the Toronto Ultra.
Bance was an unrestricted Free Agent, meaning he could sign wherever he wanted.
Cammy required a buyout to be paid to Toronto, a buyout that was met by Rokkr.
Afro was also an unrestricted Free Agent after playing out two seasons with the London Royal Ravens.
He was able to sign anywhere and playing with fellow EU players at Rokkr would surely be a reason to make the move across.
It’ll be the first time in his career teaming with Cammy and Bance after making the move away from the London roster.
The SMG duo between himself and Bance has the potential to be one of the most dynamic and well-working ones in the league.
Afro’s pace and slaying ability coupled with the level of knowledge and route-running Bance brings could be formidable opposition for anyone in the CDL.
Attach seemingly wants to run in the main AR role, leaving Cammy to continue on to be a flex for the upcoming season.
In announcing their roster, they become the third team to confirm their lineup for Modern Warfare 2.
The first was OpTic Texas who backtracked on the releases of Brandon “Dashy” Otell and Indervir “iLLeY” Dhaliwal last week.
Kevin “Fame” Bonnano remains on the bench for Rokkr.
